Prototyping
After doing further research on the viability and desirability of your solution, it’s time to create a mock-up. Prototyping is where theory meets practice, where concepts take shape and begin to evolve into tangible creations.
Draw-It
You can start this process off with some drawings. If you aren’t a great sketch artist or don’t have access to CAD, you can also have a draftsman or product designer sketch out your vision for you. After you have your sketches you can start to refine your designs. Use your drawings to better understand the functionality of your invention.
Build-It
Whether it's a physical product, a digital interface, or a service, prototyping provides a platform for experimentation and validation. By building prototypes, you can identify potential flaws, explore different design solutions, and gather valuable feedback from stakeholders and end-users. Experiment with different approaches, and don't be afraid to mix and match until you find what works best for you. Embrace iteration, embrace feedback, and embrace the opportunity to refine and improve your prototype with each iteration.
